1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the warranty and the regulatory agreement, the consumer has the right to return the product provided to him by the store within seven days following the date of receipt of the product, and he does not have the right to return the product after seven days have passed.
2- In order to return the product, it must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.
3- The consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to return the product, and in the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that have a defect or that do not comply with the specifications specified by the consumer.
2- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer’s poor possession.
Refund Policy:
